kcrising.church is no more; this cleans up the site's references to it.

Remove dead links: the two kcrising.church hyperlinks (index bio, about page) are dropped.
Simplify phrasing: "help run a small Christian church" (index + the mirrored config.yaml meta description) and "a pastor for my small church where I help run the tech and audio-visual systems" (about) become simpler "serving the local church" phrasing.

Stacked on #2 (which is stacked on #1) — merge those first and this diff reduces to the two content files + config.

Verified the built output contains no remaining kcrising, "help run", or "pastor" references on the affected pages.
