Recording apps could pick up what you hear (Guitar Rig Output) but not
the dry DI, so re-amping later needed `guitar-rig record`. A second
driverless virtual source, Guitar Rig Dry Guitar (mono), is now fed from
the selected M4 input. It stays connected while a tuner mutes the rig,
since it captures what was played rather than what was heard.

The M4's own "Mic In 1L" source carries the same signal, but only for
input 1 and under a name that says nothing about the rig; this one
follows --input.

Tested on dragon: after a restart the source was listed next to Guitar
Rig Output, fed from alsa_input.hw_M4_0:capture_AUX0, and recording from
it produced the M4 input's noise floor.
