feat(desktop): Nautilus as the file manager on niri hosts ca6b39a1f4

Replaces Dolphin as the inode/directory handler, the package in the
niri desktop set, and the Super+E binding. Along with it: gvfs (trash,
removable and network mounts, MTP), sushi (spacebar preview), and
nautilus-open-any-terminal so "Open in Terminal" opens ghostty.

Ark stays as the archive handler. Hosts that list Dolphin themselves
(foxtrot, fennec) keep it installed.

localsearch is left off: Nautilus search works without the indexer,
and indexing /home continuously is a cost the Decks do not need.

Tested: evaluates on dragon, steamdeck and foxtrot with
inode/directory -> org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop and gvfs enabled. Not
yet deployed.

feat(niri): Nautilus as the file chooser 20cd14006a

The GTK portal file chooser that apps got until now keeps hidden
files hidden with no visible toggle (Ctrl+H only, useless on a Deck),
and right-click did not bring up its menu. Since 47.0,
xdg-desktop-portal-gnome implements FileChooser with Nautilus, which
has both, so FileChooser is routed there now that Nautilus is
installed (previous commit). niri upstream documents the pairing:
1f03391ea6/docs/wiki/Important-Software.md

Zen and Firefox only use the portal chooser inside Flatpak/Snap unless
widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker is 1; without that they
would keep drawing the in-process GTK3 dialog.

The Plasma portal config is untouched; this is the niri block only.

Tested: the generated niri-portals.conf has FileChooser=gnome, and
the packaged gnome.portal lists org.freedesktop.impl.portal.FileChooser.
The dialog itself is unverified until a deploy and a fresh login.

Both GTK choosers default to hiding dotfiles, and the only toggle in
the GTK3 one is Ctrl+H, which a Deck without a keyboard cannot press.
Nautilus reads its own hidden-files state from the GTK4 key, so this
covers Nautilus (as browser and as chooser) and any app still drawing
an in-process GTK3 dialog.

dconf load reapplies these on each activation; a Ctrl+H toggle in
between still works until the next one.
