Adds a first article of the trackball circuit below the keypad matrix,
growing the board from 100 x 72 to 100 x 100 mm (still the cheap fab
tier). The matrix section keeps every coordinate it had.

The mechanism is Panasonic's EVQWJN jog ball (the BlackBerry
trackball). EVQWJN005 is out of stock at LCSC; EVQWJN007 is still sold
as surplus on AliExpress/eBay and is what ClockworkPi uConsole owners
use as a drop-in. Geometry comes from Panasonic's reference land
pattern instead of the UHK key-cluster footprint used as a first
reference: UHK puts the pegs 8.0 mm apart, Panasonic 7.8.

Parts were picked for JLC stock and for height under the mechanism:
- DRV5012 latch (C2655038) instead of the discontinued AN48840B or a
SOT-23 latch such as SC2402 (C496739, 1.1 mm tall vs ~0.46 mm of
clearance under the frame). SEL is tied to VCC for 2.5 kHz sampling.
- TS2306A 3 x 2 mm switch (C5363482) instead of the TL3315 the UHK
board uses, so the two LEDs fit beside it as Panasonic draws them.

Routing is hand-placed coordinates in the land-pattern frame plus a
B.Cu ground pour; export-fab.sh refills the pour during DRC, then
writes gerbers (now including F.Paste), drill, JLC BOM and CPL.

Tested: kicad-cli DRC 0 violations / 0 unconnected after zone refill;
F.Cu and B.Cu rendered and inspected; reuse lint passes. Not tested:
whether the 0.6 mm switch and 0603 LEDs clear the mechanism.
